Pros

Paid lunch break, that’s about it.

Cons

When I first started I really liked working here, but then I became management. First, the district managers micro manage your every move and call out employees in meetings or over chat and are super condescending, no one ever wants to ask questions which leads to people making mistakes. Not only do they micro manage, there is no support or collaboration when it comes to making your goals they basically tell you this is what your goal is, figure it out. They have favorites and it’s very disgusting in your face. They give promotions to certain people who do not deserve and do not have the talent to be in that position. Also, there is no training for supervisors or managers, once you are promoted from MSR they have you “shadow” your current supervisor or manager for maybe a week or two. So you have a lot of supervisors and managers set up for failure, it’s really sad to see people be excited for a position to be then let down by lack of leadership and support. Tons of turnover on the MSR side because of pay, even managers get paid REALLY low. I’m talking at least 10,000 dollars below what a manager or supervisor would make at other companies. Now I also have a bone to pick with back office, no one answers their phones, you can call down the directory list and not a single person will pick up, and when they do they sound SO annoyed to help you with anything. A very unprofessional company and I’m sure if the CEO knew how district management treated their staff he would be unhappy. The CEO is the only good thing about this place, very nice and personable comes to the branches to meet everyone and is always in such a great mood. So if you like working in a toxic environment, with little to no support from your management team and a laughable wage, then this is the place for you.
