Great experience if you are newer to the industry, you will get to learn different equipment that will be useful at the next place, good food nearby

Cons

Weaponization of deviations, the veterans know how to duck deviations, lots of tribal knowledge, entire shift will be on the floor, science and questions are not valued, need to be friends with management to get promoted (usually), negative culture
