Pros

-Competitive pay -Decent vacation time -Good opportunity

Cons

-The facility is located in a bad area of town. -Management encourages employees to “pencil whip” documents instead of reviewing and ensuring compliance. -Workplace bullying is real issue KBI and no actions are taken against those who chose this behavior and fail to act professional. -Mgmt doesn’t promote training and does not want to invest in it, which causes a lot of issues in manuf. -Terrible work environment- no culture exists and positive work values are not enforced. -Focus is quantity over quality. - Highly disorganized, it’s difficult to fix issues due to resistance. -The higher ups don’t care for the people and have unrealistic goals and timelines. -People are highly stressed and over worked. -Issues are ignored as mgmt would rather keep moving forward rather than fix or address issues proactively. - Lack of conference rooms and parking spaces. -Small breakroom that doesn’t have enough room- you end up eating at your desk or in your car.
