Pros

Teachers care for students and want to see them do well.

Cons

There is little to no work-life balance, and the organization's practices cause employees' mental health to deteriorate over time.

Thank you for your feedback! The educational system across the US is experiencing the great resignation of teachers and staff and, unfortunately, this has been impacted everyone's work. We understand between the Covid-19 absence increase and the impact of the pandemic of our student's emotional and mental health that this adds to the stress and tension of the day. These are things we are working with other school districts and the KIPP foundation to address on a higher level. We appreciate your time with us and your stand in the efforts to close the opportunity gap.

Pros

The teachers work really well together Everyone help each other out

Cons

Administration expects teachers to be guidance counselor, social worker, nurse, and parents to the students. While this is expected at some level, the amount times teachers must play these other roles is not healthy at all.
