Pros

- Most of the teachers are friendly and dedicated - Classroom spaces and facilities are relatively new

Cons

- Negligent leadership that does not respond to feedback and plays favorites - Overworked and underpaid teachers - The merit-demerit system that teachers are forced to use makes the school feel like a prison - Toxic workplace culture created by teachers who think they are better than the rest - The amount of time for prep during the school day is pitiful - DEI sessions are poorly implemented to the point of being counterproductive - The organization's mentality around diversity is exclusionary and purely performative - Teachers are regularly verbally abused by students - Many teachers quit this year because of how terrible the support and workplace environment is

Pros

The teachers work really well together Everyone help each other out

Cons

Administration expects teachers to be guidance counselor, social worker, nurse, and parents to the students. While this is expected at some level, the amount times teachers must play these other roles is not healthy at all.
