KLN is a family owned business. Each and every e sterilize our facility to keep us safe. Each and every employee is valued by the management and owners. KLN is interested in making sure the community is taken care of as well. The company believes in promotion from within, if possible. During the pandemic, KLN has kept us up to speed with the latest advice against transmission, given us masks and has established protocols to try and keep us safe. As a worker with more than one year of service, I receive a share of the profits from the business. The principles the company promotes, are the same kinds of values, that I would put in place myself, if the company was mine. The company also provides me with a wide variety of competitive benefits.
Cons
Having to wait for a year for profit sharing, but it is worth the wait, when you finally qualify to receive it.
