Management Lack of workers Company turning to hiring a lot of people who can’t speak English and it makes it hard to communicate, a lot of people who aren’t as considerate of others space and make messes. Lots of good ideas from people aren’t heard or turned down. Things don’t get prioritized when they need to be. Lots of favoritism and sometimes drama. I feel like lots of people are looking at to leave recently due to the way things have been turning.
