Honestly I have no cons for Knapp

Great pay for not a lot of work, rotating 12 hour schedule and they give you a lot of paid training like OSHA 10 and NFPA 70E The pay is great for the relatively low amount of work, and they offer a rotating 12-hour schedule. Additionally, they provide extensive paid training, including OSHA 10 and NFPA 70E.

They are recovering from a bad manager and there are still a lot of people that shouldn’t be there that are in positions of authority and influence. Professionalism,respect and responsibility are frowned upon by most. Time theft was encouraged by a Trainer he told a trainee “if you forget to clock out don’t say anything, if they approve it it’s their problem and you get free overtime” it became apparent very quickly that they’re looking for buddies that will help cover for them and not good employees.
