Pay is very low. Work environment is hostile. Benefits are too expensive. No communication between management and employees.

It's always our goal to create a positive work environment for our employees, to make management decisions that are in the best interests of everyone concerned and to provide the best benefits structure possible. While we have consistently offered employee only healthcare coverage at no cost, KSA has recently reevaluated the benefits program and now pays a significant portion for dependent healthcare coverage as well.
