      Pros

      KSA is an expanding company with opportunities for personal growth and advancement at all levels. All offices have a professional atmosphere with friendly employees. The leadership has kept this company successful for 36 years.

      Cons

      I can't of anything significant that is worth mentioning.

      Pros

      They were the only engineering firm that hired me after I graduated with my bachelors degree. They took a shot with me even though I did not have any experience in the field.The people were friendly, they knew what they were doing.

      Cons

      They did not plan ahead well enough. I was laid off because they were expecting projects to work out, but they did not.

      Pros

      KSA has good leadership that takes pride in making sure that it's employees have the tools they need to succeed not only in their jobs, but in life outside the office. KSA has a family mentality and a focus on quality of life for their employees which creates a work environment that is second to none.

      Cons

      Benefits as compared to the industry average can always be improved, but compensation and support from management is excellent.
