With a lab class and lecture you can actually make pretty decent money ($2k every two weeks) The work environment is very casual and the students teaching the students is very rewarding

Good benefits and PTO, fulfilling work

The leadership is so awful. The president is a horrible leader and creates a culture of fear. The culture is in rapid decline. All the qualified employees leave. High permission and somehow still high accountability. Nothing is your decision but everything is your fault. If you raise a problem, you quickly become a problem.
