Pros
The best things to work at this company were that there was a great deal of autonomy available for experience employees. You do not have much oversight or interaction with administrative staff unless you need to.
Cons
The administrative staff sees you as a line item at best. Moves you around at will. You are always third or fourth fiddle to full time instructors. Cancel classes based on enrollment easily and do not encourage unionized labour. The administrative staff is very inflexible and does not like to partner with instructors to achieve mutually beneficial goals. They basically want you to come in, teach, and leave. Don't ask questions, don't try to change anything, don't have life issues or anything. Quality of the instructor is negligible. They care more about numbers rather than instructor quality. Also, don't cancel a day for class. They will cut your pay if you miss a day.
