Pros

flexible work schedule for the most part. Some the people are happy to work there. The benefits are okay. A good amount of time off.

Cons

The money is bad. Sometimes the work schedule is flexible and sometimes I did 12 hour days. There are a lot of people who are mean and just buying time until the pension kicks in.

With a lab class and lecture you can actually make pretty decent money ($2k every two weeks) The work environment is very casual and the students teaching the students is very rewarding
