Pros
*They need people so it really doesn’t matter if you have any experience. *You get paid for lunch *Depending on the hours you work you might work all alone with a list to go through *I receive SSDI and they worked with me in making sure I could work the max amount of hours and still receive SSDI. *If you need to call in the day of or even the hour before you can and not get reprimanded.
Cons
I can only talk about the department I worked at. (Sorry I will not say because there are only a few at this building) *Always communication. To many hands in the pot. There is no clear leadership. Most of the management would rather be your friend than your boss. *You can get away with anything. It was common practice to clock in and walk around for an hour doing nothing related to the job. You won’t get in trouble either because they don’t care. *I was never truly 100% taught my job.
