Pros

Off street parking - that is the only pro here - can think of NO other Pro's with this company living in the dark ages.

Cons

Glorified Kindergarten! Management top heavy, play favorites - if you are one of the few chosen favorites you can get away with ANYTHING - if not - micromanaged to death, favoritism runs high here. Seriously- don't bother - pass on by! Management and HR here all about protecting the managers - you complain you are written up or fired- Beware!

Cafeteria in the building with pretty reasonable prices

Cons

Big ideas but no ability to institute Benefits are rough Need to drive by signs all around the company protesting it to come to work Very obvious old design based on celebration of the owners. Be in the office because they own it, Ostentatious office space for top execs but old and claustrophobic working space for everyone else. Good Ol' Boys Management that protects itself rather than enabling work. Things are broken enough that company is afraid of its systems and will not allow fixing the underlying problems
