Worst Place I've Ever Encountered
Pros
The cafeteria is decent. That's literally all the company has going for it.
Cons
Pay is low. Benefits suck. Management is a joke. There is no flexibility. Everyone works the same shift. You are not allowed a day off for the first 6 months, no exceptions. One person was told about how taking a day off to attend a family member's funeral "was a bad look" because it was within the first 6 months of employment. They had to take the day without pay. The atmosphere is that of an adult kindergarten. They tell you in the interview that the average tenure is many years. That's only half true. There are a few lifers but other than that, the turnover rate is crazy. They hire literally everyone who applies because they can't keep people. The lifers spend their time watching everyone else and trying to find something to report them for and gossiping. You're heavily micromanaged. You're constantly being told how to do your job. The managers basically just make excuses for bad behavior by the lifers.
