Pros

Work day is 8:00-4:15 and pay is above average. Cafeteria is decent and security is friendly. Can think of no other pros.

Cons

Outdated systems, operations models and overall mindset from management. Employees gossip in the open. Benefits are severely outdated. PTO is almost non existent

Pros

Cafeteria in the building with pretty reasonable prices

Cons

Big ideas but no ability to institute Benefits are rough Need to drive by signs all around the company protesting it to come to work Very obvious old design based on celebration of the owners. Be in the office because they own it, Ostentatious office space for top execs but old and claustrophobic working space for everyone else. Good Ol' Boys Management that protects itself rather than enabling work. Things are broken enough that company is afraid of its systems and will not allow fixing the underlying problems
