1. Leadership is very negative and focused on demoralizing the staff. 2. Zero work/life balance: Paid time off is similar to companies from the 1980's: 2 weeks/year until you've been there for 4 years. Then 3 weeks/year years 4- 14. 3. Antiquated company that doesn't embrace technology. They exist today simply through acquisition only and force a negative culture that drives out anyone with positive self worth. 4. Senior management would be better served working 3rd shift at a auto manufacture. 5. Zero concern for business re
