Co-workers are helpful and always willing to teach if there is something you don't know.

The work can be very stressful at times.

The only thing you walk away with is experience—nothing more, nothing meaningful.

The place is constantly understaffed because people keep quitting due to how unbearable the conditions are. Instead of fixing the problem, management just dumps more responsibilities onto whoever is left, as if we’re machines with no limits. Being good at your job doesn’t get you rewarded—it gets you buried under even more work while being completely ignored.
