      Neglectful and toxic management, exhausting environment

      Pros

      The health benefits are good, but nothing else is.

      Cons

      If you're a nurse, avoid this company. The management here is neglectful, out of touch, and extremely toxic. You're set up to fail with the lack of resources, constant stress, and no support from the management when things go sideways. It's toxic, exhausting, and demoralizing.

      Pros

      I work with some cool people, and you get a couple of benefits as well, but those don’t really make up for how miserable my experience here has been so far…

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance, toxic management, expectations are unreasonable, RNs are treated like garbage, etc. Never have I ever felt more stressed and disrespected before I joined Kansas Medical Center!

      Pros

      The only thing you walk away with is experience—nothing more, nothing meaningful.

      Cons

      The place is constantly understaffed because people keep quitting due to how unbearable the conditions are. Instead of fixing the problem, management just dumps more responsibilities onto whoever is left, as if we’re machines with no limits. Being good at your job doesn’t get you rewarded—it gets you buried under even more work while being completely ignored.
