Change can be disruptive, especially when it happens quickly. Even positive transformation creates uncertainty, shifting priorities, and temporary ambiguity around roles and processes. Colleagues were wonderful. At first there were some great perks but those slowly disappeared.

This company is a garbage fire disguised as an “industry leading” PSA solution vendor. Just look at the leadership turnover year over year and you’ll get a good idea of what type of organization this is.
