Absolutely wonderful place to work. Great people, who really enjoy what they do. Flexibility with work/life, ability to work from home occasionally, no real "hierarchy" within the staff. A lot of free lunches.

Cons

Tight deadlines, but startups are like that, and it adds to the challenge!
