Pros

Some wonderful people work here.

Cons

•Unfortunately, the culture has gone downhill fast. Morale and trust in management are very low. •Lack of transparency and empathy by senior leadership. •Leadership is constantly moving goals and shifting priorities. •There are members of senior leadership who have called out my colleagues publicly and in unprofessional ways. •Look elsewhere for employment

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. As a tech community, 2022 was a really challenging one and we were not immune. But one thing the entire leadership team has always focused on is not losing the magic in our culture that makes Karbon truly what it is. That said, it sounds like in your experience we may have dropped the ball - I am sorry this was your journey with us. We are and will always strive to make Karbon a great place to work but wish you all the success for the future. Jourdan

Pros

1. Some of the people inside Karbon are really great people

Cons

1. Mediocrity is accepted across various departments leading to a half baked product and teams 2. Senior leadership is some of the worst I’ve seen in decades. (multiple incidents that are shocking to see) 3. No culture at all and no care to change it 4. Hiring and firing a lot throughout the company due to poor planning from senior leadership 5. Gaslighting 6. Very low Quota attainment ( sales peeps) 7. Growth conversations never happened 8. All in all, this is a sinking ship. Kindly continue to your next interview and save the headache.

Firstly, I want to thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I am sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations as you and I are aligned that a strong culture and focus on individual development/growth are key prioritities. One area that attracted me to Karbon and that I've consistently found to be a strength is that we're always laser focused on nurturing our inclusive and high performing culture. Our leaders are front and center of that and should be living our values daily. I am sorry that your experience was different and will continue to make this a priority. As the new CEO, my goal for the company is to continue to cultivate a safe, positive and rewarding working environment with a focus on development for leaders and individual contributors. This year we are focused on development training sessions for our leaders and career development sessions for our employees to continue to elevate the team. Thanks for your feedback and wish you all the very best. Mary

Pros

The ability to grow and contribute is endless. Customers are great. Coworkers are friendly and helpful.

Cons

Recent Leadership is only concerned about sales and growing sales numbers at all costs. There is lack of processes and structure. Anyone can sell anything without any regard to other departments and maintaining the customer relationship and longevity. It is the wild west. Customer churn is high and blamed on things that is outside of the real reasons (selling anything that sticks to the wall is not good practice and will eventually unravel and is doing so). There is a facade of good culture but the once great culture is dissipating quickly. Employee burn out is inevitable and occurring. Understaffed and overworked The bottom line is the only thing that matters
