- Smart, friendly, and patient experienced staff that are happy to teach you new things. - Flat structure. - Sydney office has snacks, ice cream, and drinks. - Team lunches. - Hybrid work where you can decide your in office days. - Incredibly flexible working hours.

Cons

- Ember js doesn't have that much documentation if you are working on the front end, but there are plenty of people to help you debug.
