Morale and trust in management are very low. •Lack of transparency and empathy by senior leadership. •Leadership is constantly moving goals and shifting priorities. •There are members of senior leadership who have called out my colleagues publicly and in unprofessional ways. •Look elsewhere for employment

Lots of opportunities for growth - belief in promoting from within. Great benefits. Every employee is option holder.
