Firstly, I want to thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I am sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations as you and I are aligned that a strong culture and focus on individual development/growth are key prioritities. One area that attracted me to Karbon and that I've consistently found to be a strength is that we're always laser focused on nurturing our inclusive and high performing culture. Our leaders are front and center of that and should be living our values daily. I am sorry that your experience was different and will continue to make this a priority. As the new CEO, my goal for the company is to continue to cultivate a safe, positive and rewarding working environment with a focus on development for leaders and individual contributors. This year we are focused on development training sessions for our leaders and career development sessions for our employees to continue to elevate the team.
