Pros
There were sales reps who did well and some who did not. Much had to do with where you are placed and timing. Some of the managers are very good and helpful, others not so much. Every Friday is beer and wine Friday. Sales training is excellent. 60 calls a day is considered standard for some pods. For others, it is 30. Sometimes have to prepare quotes, handle customer service which is a pro or a con depending on your likes.
Cons
Like I said, if you are placed in the right sales pod and pitch the right product, you can hit the jackpot. If you sell to SMB, it is not as lucrative as if you get to sell to MSPs. You will not know which one you get until you complete sales training. Sitting all day tied to a phone.
