Base Pay / Compensation package was decent. Benefits were average.
Cons
Unachievable quotas. Products do not always function as advertised, creating a poor reputation with clients. Daily call/contact requirement is too high for the low amount of leads generated. Lack of usable advice, coaching, or instruction from upper management. Upper management does not respond to widespread negative client feedback on price or contract structure; creating a cycle of poor client experience, client distrust, and ultimately poor sales.
