Pros

During the interview they say “even the most average sales person here make 7 digits in variable pay” and if that happens that the only pro. (Happens 1/20 time). Great jump for people from call centres.

Cons

- they hire in bulk without knowing where they’re heading to. Worst AM training process. (call centre training) - no calculation or logic for the targets given. Completely unrealistic - Numbers is everything here. You do your numbers and you’ll be respected irrespective of your experience, age. - People worship the VP. Whatever he says is godly. Especially the guys who were in the system for a long time. - We are told to stay quite and not ask any questions to the CEO in the CEO ALL HANDS. Arrogance from India top management. - you’ll have to cry and beg for leave be it medical or personal reasons. - HR! One of the most ineffective team in the world. - they force to come to office during COVID

Pros

Kaseya moves fast, and there's never a dull day in Collections. If you're someone who likes to take ownership of your work and doesn't need constant hand-holding, you'll thrive here. The pace pushes you to get better quickly, and there's real opportunity for those who show up ready to work.

Cons

The fast pace can be an adjustment, especially early on. You need to be comfortable working independently and figuring things out — if you need a lot of structure or micromanagement, this probably isn't the right fit.
