Pros
Kaseya has (at this moment) 45 modules to offer to their partners/customers. This makes it easy to always have opportunities and make an impact. This reflects on your own path in the org: you can easily grow from entry-level to higher up. There are also (in the sales org) many levels you can grow into, which you see happen often. Good Compensation plans.
Cons
Changes in the organisations are often made on short notice and impact is then noticeable on your own personal level. Sometimes deals get closed to get the customer, where the sales representative does not see the long-term effect of those forced deals. Even in a senior role, sometimes they treat you as a starter and do more hand-holding than is needed.
