Pros
Over the last three years, I have been presented with tremendous opportunities to grow professionally and personally. I have been able to travel around the U.S. and given the opportunity to spend months aboard to spread the knowledge that I have gained and to infect others with my blue blood. As this is a Rocketship, there are many opportunities presented that allow me to flex my many skills and keep them sharp. I have been promoted 3 times over my three tenure which proves that hard work does pay off and is recognized and appreciated by Kaseya. I feel extremely valued and loved, which are the same feelings I have toward the company and people I work for.
Cons
There aren't really any cons on an ever expanding force like Kaseya. The energy is vibrant and warm. I would say that as this is currently 'the land of opportunity', one is always looking over the fence to see where else one might be able to spread their wings. It can leave you daydreaming about some of the positions that open up or are created to meet the needs of our ever expanding customer base.
