Pros
Amazing career progression, earning potential & professional growth. The management at Kaseya APAC see and recognise potential in new starters and they'll help you realise it (whether you like it or not). Since starting at Kaseya in 2020 as an entry level Account Manager, I've had many many travel opportunities throughout NZ, AUS & the USA, I've had and taken opportunities to work within different departments that suit my career goals, and I've met so many amazing like minded individuals from around the globe that my LinkedIn has quadrupled in connections since starting. Aside from networking (excuse the pun), my annual income has more than doubled since starting. I've been able to buy my first home, grow a solid savings account, and provide great lifestyle for my wife and future children.
Cons
It's hard, and to get ahead, you grind. No other way about it. I've seen many employees come and go over the years and the ones that don't last either come in with a part-time attitude and can't keep up, so they leave. Or if worst comes to worst and they're let go, its because they consistently fail to hit their targets - Sales quotas and KPIs. (Never seen anyone let go for not hitting at least one of the two metrics FYI) There's also a lot to learn when you start... I mean a lot a lot, your first few months will feel like you're constantly 3 steps behind.
