Remote work/All the tools youll need/Time to grow and develop with out being micromanaged/

Cons

You will never get a pay increase /just make sure to hit commissions and maintain them if you are in it for the money/low rec load majority of times

Pros

Helped me get an interview with a company and I received an offer almost immediately. My recruiter checked on me a few times over my contract period to make sure things were good.

Cons

They weren't able to get me another position after my contract with the company ended, but I don't necessarily think it's their fault. My recruiter was great.
