Like the last review said, I am the recruiter I am today because of Kaztronix. Well, despite Kaztronix really. That place taught me what to avoid in a company and in a leader. The salary was abysmal (nowhere near enough to survive), and commission was nonexistent, even for those of us who were getting placements. There were no actual leaders (at least in the VA branch) or culture to speak of. When I left, the owner told me maybe recruiting wasn't for me, and then I went on to become the director of a 25-person corporate recruiting department for a publicly traded company. Good eye there Kaz. I could say so much more, but it's water under the bridge now that that place is so far in my rear view.
