There is a bar in the office. You will learn to recruit, but from experience not from any training. Can make decent $$

Cons

Management is very ego-driven and refuse to acknowledge any wrongdoing or bad practices, so nothing changes. Sketchy practices - take advantage of mark ups on clients and encourage recruiters to unfairly pressure candidates to accept positions even if it is not a good idea. There is no consequences for your actions, so you can literally do nothing and they will just say the same thing to you over and over - "need submits". Then you can do the bare minimum because they can't afford to lose anyone. Since everyone realises this, no one does anything.

Pros

Helped me get an interview with a company and I received an offer almost immediately. My recruiter checked on me a few times over my contract period to make sure things were good.

Cons

They weren't able to get me another position after my contract with the company ended, but I don't necessarily think it's their fault. My recruiter was great.
