Pros

Used to have a decent culture - Spikeball in the office, happy hours and lunches with alcohol, parties etc. That was years ago now and hasn't been the case for a very long time.

Cons

Below-industry standard pay, poor/ passive aggressive management, a spastic CEO who brings personal issues into the office and micromanages/hovers over your shoulder, a perpetually failing business model, you have to essentially earn the privilege of getting commission

Pros

Helped me get an interview with a company and I received an offer almost immediately. My recruiter checked on me a few times over my contract period to make sure things were good.

Cons

They weren't able to get me another position after my contract with the company ended, but I don't necessarily think it's their fault. My recruiter was great.
