The culture and leadership at KellyOCG (and Kelly as a whole!) keeps on getting better and better! Ongoing Leadership focus on the training and development for the team. Great, sincere 'team' atmosphere.
Cons
It is hard to keep up with the ongoing growth of the business, so sometimes work-life balance struggles.
