Pros
I will start off by saying the only reason I did not rank this review a 5 is because I have not been here long enough. I've only been with the company for a few months and I love it so far. I feel like I've learned more in my first 3 months here, than what I learned in 2 years at my previous job. - Great balance of working as a team, but also being pushing to be a better individual. - Work-life balance to me is good. We put in long hours on the days it's necessary. Majority of the time we work a standard 7-4 which I think is great. - Working from home could be a pro or con depending on the person. I like the fact that we work in office a few days out of the week and from home most Thursdays and Fridays. - Lots of different opportunities for growth and development since it is such a large company.
Cons
I can't think of any major cons at this time. The training was a bit non existent. I was pretty much thrown to the wolves, however I feel sometimes that's the best way to train someone. So far it has worked fine for me. I could see this being a con for someone who prefers a more formal training.
