Business Outlook
Pros
Great environment for autonomy without micromanaging. Allowed to do my tasks within the parameters of the job duties with minimal oversight. Management is there to guide employees but does not interfere with daily proceedings.
Cons
Sometimes lack of oversight can be frustrating when one has an issue that needs to be addressed. A happy medium between the pros/cons review would be great!!
