Pros

Decent benefits. (Health/401k/Life) Most benefits are awarded after 90 days, vacation after 1 year. Kent location has good people to work with/for. Company provided work vehicle. Accommodating for time off be it necessary or otherwise. Hotel accommodations fully covered for out of town work. Up to $25 a day provided for meals when doing out of town work. Company provided cell phone for work usage. Company provided Uniforms and wash/replacement service. Paid drive time to and from jobsite from office. Company is slowly expanding. New roles open up from time to time.

Cons

Pay isn't great. 25% to 40% less than equivalent positions at other companies that do this or similar work. Very few tools are provided compared to what is required per standard job. Some jobs will require an hour or two of paperwork after the work is completed, mostly to be completed on an iPhone. Employee turnover is high. No set schedule. You often find out what you're doing and where you're going 12-16 hours before the job itself, with most jobsites being 1-3 hours out, with some being as far as 10 out. Overnight shifts that get stuck in to the middle of a normal work week. Extended out of town work that can last months, however home every weekend in most cases. Heavy corporate scrutiny of how time is spent with timecard and vehicle GPS logs being audited frequently. Holiday pay is contingent on working the immediate workdays before AND after the date of the holiday. Vacation is assigned once yearly rather than accrued. (Not PTO) Some jobsites will border on the hazardous side. (Rotting food, Sewage backups, Vermin infestations, Hypodermic needles, Lead/Silica/Asbestos in the air)
