Nothing about this company was pleasant.

Cons

Working here was a joke. The management is beyond unprofessional and trashy. They use profanity ALL of the time, the owners belittle their employees, and the pay is absolute garbage. The way management and the owners treated their technicians was disgusting. And this was the corporate office where the CEO is always around. I would hate to see how the other offices are ran. This company is pathetic. No one deserves to work at this low class company.

Upper management is awful. HR is a joke. Ownership is a joke. I'm not sure how this company gets away with how it does business. The entire leadership team team and HR department ought to be embarrassed. I'm embarrassed for them.

It was a paycheck at the time.

You were paid a flat rate but they couldn’t call it salary. You were expected to show 8 hours per day/40 hours per week on your timesheets no matter how many hours you worked. It was a scam and they got caught by the state of Michigan.
