Pros
This is a family run business. They have been providing repair service to their customers successfully across the U.S. for almost 40 years. They do this through their people. They know that their employees are their biggest asset and they actively work to grow and assist their staff to be successful. There is an opportunity for advancement and overtime. The truck is a big benefit too. They just built a new training facility and they have a network on line training system too. They want to make sure we know what we are doing. I like that. Cons
For service technicians...The cons are the same as with any other service repair provider. There could be out of town travel, there could be late nights, there could be rude customers and you are in the truck driving a lot. But this is the nature of the beast in service. For the office personnel, I see a lot more standard 8 hour days with a good community of support.
