Pros
With new management in the last year and a turn around by the owners.The company has stepped into the 21st century. New dispatch system and paperless billing has really improved the routing and job overall. Management tries to work with techs for work home balance. Pay has improved a lot. Additional techs makes for shorter hours and better balance. Training being added to help make the job easier. 401K and better insurance.
Cons
Learning curve on the new system dispatch still sometimes needs help from techs with routing. pay for uniforms to be cleaned even if you don't send them in. ($14.00 every 2 weeks)
