I have been a full time employee at Kens for a little over 4 years. Overall, I am very pleased with Ken's as my employer. In that time, Ken's has been enjoying quite a bit of success. They now have 4 plants. The original plant is located in Marlboro, MA. The next plant is located in McDonough, GA. The 3rd plant (mine) is in Las Vegas, NV. Finally, their newest location is located in Lebanon, IN. Having all of these plants and so much going on at all of them means that there are many opportunities to advance within the organization. Ken's provides pretty great benefits and competitive wages. They also do a lot for it's employees, including an annual company outing, food truck days, and other types of recognition for it's employees.

Cons

There are so many expansion projects going on that it sometimes can be overwhelming. However, these are problems that many companies would love to have.

The co-workers are good people.

management and pay are terrible, they keep the warehouse too hot, its a fight to get the tools needed to do the job.
