We take pride in our Open-Door Policy and would encourage you to use it and reach out to either our Plant Manager or Vice President of HR. Regarding our COVID Response…..we have had detailed protocols in place since April that have made Employee Health & Safety our priority. These protocols followed CDC guidelines and met Federal/State/Local regulations including detailed contact tracing. Once someone is named as a Close Contact, they are informed so they can take appropriate steps to protect themselves and their family. Providing the ‘who, what, when and why’ is not part of the protocol and doing so violates the HIPAA Privacy Rules.
