The culture went down hill I worked here for years and it was amazing at first until we were consistently being nit picked, they expected us to run more machines than what was safe with the amount of people we had. Management handed out write ups like candy. If you speak out on how you feel they retaliate against you. Managers are sleeping with employees under them. Their “investigations” when something is wrong are usually one sided.
