Pros

Decent amount of vacation days. Half days on the day before a holiday. On site gym and cafeteria. Various employee engagement programs such as volleyball & golf leagues.

Cons

Cutthroat workplace with high turnover. There is pressure to work long hours and/or take work home with you. The people who succeed are the ones who put work first and home life second. Inadequate training results in never being able to meet high expectations. Compensation is not competitive. Tenured employees sometimes have a condescending/bullying attitude towards new hires. If you don't have tough skin, do NOT work here.

Pros

There really isn't much idle time. Plenty of work orders and PM's to do each shift.

Cons

No advancement, None. The company has been through several hiring freezes, and most departments are short handed. It has been a revolving door. Instead of filling the positions they have just doubled the workload on the employees.
