Pros

Awesome Parties, fitness room, attractive to the eyes

Cons

You will be lured in by their enticing facade. Its all for show. This is hands down the most toxic and negative environment I have ever worked with. If you report an issue to HR you will be harassed by both HR and Managment for reporting. Discrimination is ok there, and you will only be promoted if you are part of the clique. Bullies are allowed to harass employees and are promoted, regardless of their poor work ethics and low standards, Check yourself out of this potentially hazardous situation and save your soul by going elsewhere for gainful employment. If you like being bullied and overworked, but paid less than your male counterparts...this is your show!!

From our N.America CHRO: As the CHRO for North America, I feel compelled to address this review personally in hopes that it would encourage anyone to contact me directly with harassment or discrimination claims that aren’t being cared for properly. I joined Kerry just 2 years ago myself and stay because of its inclusive culture and fantastic employees so it bothers me to hear of anyone not having that same experience. With the resources, programs, and training we provide, it’s my expectation that all employees are treated with respect and dignity while in the workplace and rewarded fairly. We take harassment claims of all kinds very seriously and fully investigate with neutral parties and continue to hold ourselves accountable to the very best in non-discrimination practices and gender parity pay practices. Our third party, confidential partner is available to all employees to report any ethical violation for full investigation. Pros

Well known enough in the industry to leverage as a stepping stone to another company. They are good at promoting themselves at trade shows, but looks can be deceiving.

Cons

Micromanagement and little respect for employees. Very odd and kind of creepy to learn that managers belittled their direct reports, including backstabbing to promote themselves and some managers used racial slurs against Scottish employees.

Pros

Now I know what company to avoid and what company to choose. Kerry is a company to avoid by all means.

Cons

Beware, everyone throws one another under the bus. Such a bad culture. Hypocrisy at its finest. You will be attracted and fooled to join with lies and false information. Leadership expects you to deliver miracles and unrealistic expectations while they don’t and can’t do anything. You will only survive if you come with an Irish heritage. Skills, capabilities and performance don’t count.
