Pros

Coworkers are amazing! They hire some wonderful people to work the production floor.

Cons

Management is terrible. They don't actually use their speak up policy to help associates.

Pros

There really isn't much idle time. Plenty of work orders and PM's to do each shift.

Cons

No advancement, None. The company has been through several hiring freezes, and most departments are short handed. It has been a revolving door. Instead of filling the positions they have just doubled the workload on the employees.
