If you're not hired in headquarters, it's difficult to be promoted. Activities taking your time with little value (a lot of calls).

Pros

There really isn't much idle time. Plenty of work orders and PM's to do each shift.

Cons

No advancement, None. The company has been through several hiring freezes, and most departments are short handed. It has been a revolving door. Instead of filling the positions they have just doubled the workload on the employees.
